why did my windows vista aero and gaming graphics score go down after installing latest nvidia driver?
i just bought a laptop that has 9100m g nvidia graphics. i had gotten 4.0 for aero and 4.3 for gaming in scores in vista and when i installed latest nvidia driver they went down to 3.8 for aero and 4.2 for gaming why?
OUR experience with Nvidia drivers has been very negative, so it comes as no surprise that the drivers don’t deliver as they should. For an operating system as demanding as Vista 4.0 is VERY average. If u had better results with the previous use the utility (DEVICE MANAGER) or the fantastic restore system in Windows to go back to previous driver.
As WHY is it like this, well u can make your own judgement. Next time consider an ATI CARD instead
