I am at college that runs its wireless internet through a VPN client. I have a username for it and password and it shows up on my WiFi connects on my itouch. However when I connect to it, it says Safari cant open the page. I was wondering how to connect to this VPN client?

I was wondering on how I could set up a VPN on my iPod touch through my school’s wireless routing internet system. Any suggestions?

I live in an apartment with 3 other roommates where all of us are connected to the internet through a wireless router. I also have a desktop and laptop computer, both with wireless adapters.

How can I setup just my two computers on a network so I can share files between them, and still stay connected to the internet, and without my roommates able to hop onto my network?

I have a wireless router and an ethernet cable with it. I bought a xbox 360 too. So, if I need internet on my Xbox 360, will I be able to just connect the ethernet from the Xbox 360 to the wireless router? And also the wireless router has a power cord and slot for the ethernet. Please help.

I already got step-by-step instructions and set up my own wireless network; but it didn’t ask for a password or anything. Instead of a flash drive, I inserted a floppy disk which should work just the same. It said it was finished but i can’t find the network! All the other networks I try connecting to are secured (as expected), and I’ve tried several things. Now im just frustrated and still without wireless internet. What do I do now? We have wireless internet here, that a guy came over and set up for us.
I want to hook my ipod touch to the internet but it needs the network key.
How can I figure out the network key? I figure I should be able to find out since the network belongs to us
Okay how do I reset it then?

Well, me and my friend are trying to LAN two computers to play Warcraft III and Company of Heroes. However, he only has wireless internet, and my desktop only connects through ethernet. What I am wondering is if there is a way to connect my ethernet cable into my ethernet cable jack, and the other end into his ethernet jack and then LAN. If there is a way, if someone could please tell me what to do I would be very grateful. Regards.

I have a new wireless router that I am using to connect to the internet. I’m pretty sure everything is setup correctly for teh VPN (its the same as it used to be with my old provider) but it appears as though the vpn is trying to use the disabled ethernet instead of the new wireless connection.

Any ideas would be helpful.
