I have obtained full administrator rights, but need to know where to go to delete the logs. I have been on the web a bit too much in the last few months (instead of working) and don’t want to get in trouble. We are running Server 2003. Thanks!
Stop Press, I have managed it!! The default gateway turned out to be our router not the server 2003 machine after all. We are using proxy server software called Mailgate – I have located the and ‘lost’ the logs on the machine runnign the mailgate proxy (which is in fact a win98 machine at the back of the server room) Phew!

Now no one will discover my misuse of company time on Ebay! (I hope)

I lost my motherboard CD. Now the system is useless. It is said that driver can be downloaded from internet. But each motherboard has its own driver. How can i identify the driver? What should I do in my system to get the configuration?

I just finished building a new machine and need to transfer a ton of files and programs from my old computer. I have some ethernet cable I used to connect the two but I can’t figure out how to network them. I want to be able to access and move things from my old machine to the new one.

Also, is there a way to run a program that is located on the other machine without transferring. I have a game that I have since lost the key for and am unable to install it but would like the better performance of running it on my new machine. Thanks a lot.

I used "mysqldump -A" to copy some databases out and then "mysql" to import them back into another server. This works ok but all the user logins and privileges are lost. Is there an easy way to move the users and privileges?

Is there a way to reformat it manually without a disk?
Can you buy/order a new system recovery?
