My defrag report shows about 10 GB that won’t defrag and afterward if I do a defrag analysis, it shows that I still need to defrag. I am using Home XP SP2 on a Dell laptop. I only have 12% of space left to use and I think it is because of these files. The report files do not show the whole long name of the files but a lot are system volume information and application data.

I have a phone memory card that i want to put into my dell laptop, but i dont know where the slot is on the laptop. Could someone please help me locate it? Thanks.

can anyone tell me how i can reformat my dell laptop if i lost the original disc i was given when i got my pc? i don’t know if it makes any difference but i have vista. i have a virus and alot of crazy things going on and just want to wipe it clean but don’t know what to do.

I have a Dell Inspiron 1521 laptop that I am selling and I would like to reformat it to its factory settings before I ship it. It did not come with a disk to reformat it though. I would like to clean the hard-drive before I mail it. If anyone knows how to do this please let me know. Thanks…
