It would be easier if you are hard wired into the router…but since your question mentions Wireless… here ya go…

    1) Go into the Control Panel — Network Connections — Wireless Connection

    2) Since DHCP is disabled, you are going to have to give yourself an IP address which can communicate with the router and manually set your router as the default gateway.
    - Right click on the Wireless Connection
    - Left click on Properties
    - Scroll down to Internet Protocol TCP/IP and double click on it.
    - Click on the second option to manually assign the IP address.
    - Type in either: 192.168.0.200 OR 192.168.1.200
    - 255.255.255.0 for the subnet mask
    - 192.168.0.1 OR `192.168.1.1 for default gateway
    - Then hit OK, several times to get back to the network connection screen.

    3) Right click on Wireless Connection again, but this time choose "View Available wireless connections"
    - Choose your wireless connection, because DHCP is disabled, your computer should use the settings you entered previously.

    4) Open internet explorer and type in http://192.168.0.1 or http://192.168.1.1
    - Use the routers admin site to turn DHCP back on.

    5) Undo the manual settings you entered into the Wireless connection.

NOTE: you may have to repeat these instructions a couple of times until you get the right default gateway and IP address combination. By setting your fixed IP to .200, you shouldn’t conflict with any other computers already on the network.

You have to press and hold the reset buttons for up to 30 seconds.
A single click wont do a reset.
If you really turned dhcp off, no other pc’s will be able to connect unless you hard assign an ip address.
